So I am terrible at studying for anything, so as you can imagine, finals are an end of the year death sentence. Any tips you might have to help me stay motivated or make studying any less mind numbing? Thanks!

Hey Anony Mouse! (cute name)
Yes. Finals definetely ARE an end of the year death sentence. What you can do, however, is take it one step at a time. The good thing is that there's only 2 finals per day. They're not all in one day. What we would recommend is to maybe skim through all of your subjects maybe the weekend before finals, and maybe mark things you need to work on. Then, the day before certain finals, study solely for those finals. It will help your brian focus more and not have to worry about other subjects. If you only have one final a day, then it would be wise to study for a subject that is really worrying you.
Another thing that really helps is studying with someone else. Someone who is dedicated, though, to studying. Try not to pick a friend who you know you're going to fool around with because then you won't get anything done! And we don't want that. Studying with somoene else is probably a good idea, because they can help you think of ways to remember a certain idea that you've always struggled with. You can also help eachother in the proccess, which will help you retain the information better.
As for motivation, summer is JUST around the corner. You'll be done with school so so soon. Two more weeks of good, hard studying, and you'll be free to do whatever you want for three months! We wish you the best of luck on these tests, and we hope you do very well. But remember, stay focused! :)
